Magic Spoon Energy Bites

These yummy energy bites are just what you need for a quick, healthy snack and do NOT require baking! Made with the amazing low carb cereal, Magic Spoon and other tasty treats providing a balance of protein, fat, and carbs. Great low calorie dessert replacement or pre/post workout pick me up.


1 Cup Quick Oats (Organic/Gluten Free is best)
1/2 Cup Protein Powder
1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter

1 Tablespoon Honey
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Magic Spoon Cereal (Cocoa is my Fave)
2 tablespoons Liquid (Walnut milk, Almond Milk, Oat Milk, or Water)
1/2 Cup Nuts (Optional)


    1. In bowl, Mix Quick Oats, Protein Powder, Chia Seeds, and Cinnamon
    2. Add Peanut Butter, Honey, and Vanilla Extract and Mix
    3. Add Magic Spoon Cereal and optional to add nuts of choice (Increases fat/calories)
    4. Slowly add 1-4 Tablespoons liquid to Bind ingredients
    5. (I did 2 tablespoons of Walnut Milk)
    6. Get messy! Mix with Hands and form balls
    7. Refrigerate 30 minutes
        1. *Makes Approx 14 Bites
