These yummy energy bites are just what you need for a quick, healthy snack and do NOT require baking! Made with the amazing low carb cereal, Magic Spoon and other tasty treats providing a balance of protein, fat, and carbs. Great low calorie dessert replacement or pre/post workout pick me up.
Ingredients:
1 Cup Quick Oats (Organic/Gluten Free is best)
1/2 Cup Protein Powder
1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
1 Tablespoon Honey
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Magic Spoon Cereal (Cocoa is my Fave)
2 tablespoons Liquid (Walnut milk, Almond Milk, Oat Milk, or Water)
1/2 Cup Nuts (Optional)
Instructions:

- In bowl, Mix Quick Oats, Protein Powder, Chia Seeds, and Cinnamon
- Add Peanut Butter, Honey, and Vanilla Extract and Mix
- Add Magic Spoon Cereal and optional to add nuts of choice (Increases fat/calories)
- Slowly add 1-4 Tablespoons liquid to Bind ingredients
- (I did 2 tablespoons of Walnut Milk)
- Get messy! Mix with Hands and form balls
- Refrigerate 30 minutes
